How lucky am I for a big wonderful safe sleep. How lucky am I to be able to fall asleep with arms wrapped around me. How lucky am I to love reading and have so many books. How lucky am I to be able to follow my dreams at any age. How lucky am I to be able to afford the things I really want. How lucky am I to be able to choose where I live. How lucky am I to have Hilary do my job while I am away. How lucky am I to have met Sue and have her support and love. How lucky am I have family. How lucky am I that I have clients. How lucky am I to be able to feel I am making a difference. How lucky am I to be able to work. How lucky am I to be able to continually learn about food and health. How lucky am I to love new recipes, cooking and the results of the cooking. How lucky am I to have a brain that works and learns well. How lucky am I to be able to learn to sing. How lucky am I to be able to run. To start running later in life. How lucky am I to have such a supportive running group filled with so many great people. How lucky am I to have been to New York City and have pajamas from Central Park Zoo. How lucky am I to be able to look at trophies from when I was a kid. How lucky am I to have new bikinis for holidays. How lucky am I to still have bikinis from outlet shopping 20 years ago. How lucky am I to have found my whiteboard idea and get so much daily reassurance and joy out of it. How lucky am I to be able to work 4 days a week while I grow my coaching business. How lucky am I to have found coaching. To have a new love of learning when I didn’t love school. How lucky am I to have found what really matters to me and to start becoming who I want to be. How lucky am I to love summer. How lucky am I to be able to swim. How lucky am I to live in Australia. How lucky am I to have beautiful paintings from my Aunty Mavis. How lucky am I to have been to Tony Robbins and for it to have started changing my core, my foundation and the way I look at life. How lucky am I to have friends to laugh, love, get excited and cry with. How lucky am I to have goals lists. How lucky am I to have completed a marathon and learnt so much. How lucky am I to be a beginner. How lucky am I to love who I am. How lucky am I for star jasmine to be blooming everywhere in Sydney. How lucky am I to be able to see sunsets and sunrises every day and to have my heart and soul filled with bliss from the beauty. The luckiest girl in the world.
